This program has a duration of 9 months and a compensation will be offered to each beta tester: 250€ split into two vouchers (125€ each). The first is sent after 4 months and the second after 9 months, at the end of the program. Please, keep in mind that our conversations and beta versions are confidential information and they should never be shared with others. Terms & Conditions will be signed before the program starts.
During that time you will be asked to give your feedback and share your riding experience. Every week unu will send you one survey with specific topics and questions. In addition we also want to schedule monthly video calls – depending on your availability – for a 30 min conversation. Some of these surveys and conversations have mandatory participation. You will be informed when that is the case. In addition to these surveys and conversation you can always send us feedback via email or specific forms.
In these conversations we are going to talk about your latest experiences while driving your unu Scooter, discuss possible improvements or new features. You will have exclusive access to these new features. You will be notified every time before your scooter is going to be updated but you are not able to refuse any update (as any other customer). Keep in mind that sometimes new software versions can have bugs but we will do our best to avoid it. Not likely, but still also possible, your scooter can demonstrate some function issues but that can easily and fastly be reverted.
At any time you can cancel your participation, but as a consequence the compensation will also be interrupted. If you decide you don’t want to continue in this program before the first compensation voucher is given to you (before the first 4 months) you will not receive any compensation. If you terminate your participation after the first compensation but before the last one (somewhere between the 5th and 9th month) you are not entitled to receive the last 125€ voucher.
